If your product is faulty

Don’t worry. If your product develops a confirmed fault within 28 days  of purchase we’ll always offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund.
If no fault is found then we reserve the right to charge a testing fee & charge for return carriage back to you. 

Most products come with at least a one year guarantee, so if your product develops a fault during the remaining guarantee period we’ll help you to get a prompt resolution.
Please note that this will vary by product type.

If you change your mind

Sometimes it is hard to tell whether something will fit in your home until you get it there, and we don’t want you to be stuck with something unsuitable.
If you are contracting as a consumer and not buying products for a business and or organization purposes the following rights will apply: 

For unopened and factory sealed products:
You can return your product in its original unopened & sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase and we’ll give you the choice of an exchange or full refund, no questions asked.

For opened and/or used products:
You can return your product within 14 days however your item may be subject to a restock fee of 5%.
Items returned damaged will not be accepted (subject to Managers discretion).

For “Ex-demo” and “Graded” stock
A discretionary in house warranty will apply; Terms & Conditions are subject to the product.
Change of mind will not be accepted.

Postage Refunds:
Any refund due will always be less any postage and packaging costs, either for sending or returning the items to us (if applicable).
